CHALLENGE
Stilltide Oceanic Gin is distilled in the Azores using coastal herbs foraged along the cliffs of São Jorge, Faial and Pico. The brand wanted a design that would translate its Atlantic origin into an object that felt both elemental and intentional and reflect the deep nautical heritage of the island communities without relying on clichés or illustration.
OUR APPROACH
We shaped the bottle in a triangular footprint to mirror the three sourcing islands, giving it a nautical and purposeful posture like the bow of a vessel cutting water. The nautical references live in the tactility, with a rope and anchor detail at the neck and a water-ripple feature pressed into the glass. The form expresses origin through geometry and touch rather than illustration, making the bottle feel born from the ocean itself.
